BEUC – The European Consumer Organisation is looking for a Training and Project Assistant to reinforce its Capacity Building team, contributing to the organizational development of its members through training programmes and other projects. In this position, you will support the Project and Training Coordinator and the team, in turning complex policy and relevant workplace skills into engaging (e-)learning material that creates real, EU-wide impact.

BEUC is looking for (a) researcher(s) to help us compare and contrast best practices across the EU – and seek inspiration from elsewhere in the world – when it comes to mechanisms that enable renters or co-owners to overcome barriers (incl. approval) to energy transition-related actions. Such actions include installing solar panels on their roof or balcony, renovation measures, or getting a heat pump.

The goal of the research is to set up a repository of well-explained policy examples that have worked and could be applied elsewhere.
