BEUC and 23 of its members in 19 countries filed a complaint on 22 June 2023 to the European Commission and the network of consumer protection authorities (CPC) denouncing misleading climate-related claims by 17 European airlines.

Consumer groups filed a complaint against Google’s to ensure the company’s practices comply with the EU’s GDPR.

On 27 November 2018, seven European consumer organisations announced that they filed complaints against Google with their national data protection authorities. The complaints are based on research published by Forbrukerrådet, the Norwegian consumer organi
