About this publication

Between October and November 2019, BEUC, The European Consumer Organisation, carried out a survey together with 12 of its member organisations across 11 EU countries to investigate consumer attitudes towards sustainable food. This paper includes an executive summary and the main recommendation of BEUC's report "One bite at a time: consumers and the transition to sustainable food".
