Switching off greenwashing: Annex II

BEUC - together with consumer groups across Europe - has filed a greenwashing complaint against ENGIE, Eni Plenitude, Shell, and TotalEnergies.

In parallel, participating BEUC members have filed complaints against traders at national level. In this annex, we detail these companies' practices and why our members believe they are a breach of EU consumer law.
